★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de todas!!! Nunca hay más de 1 ejecutivo en atención a clientes y sólo hay 2 en ventanillas y por si fuera poco sólo sirve un cajero automático. Nunca hay un gerente ni nadie quien responda por la sucursal. Más de 2hrs en la fila para pasar con el ejecutivo.
The worst branch of all !!! There is never more than 1 executive in customer service and there are only 2 at the windows and as if that were not enough, there is only one ATM. There is never a manager or anyone who answers for the branch. More than 2hrs in line to spend with the executive.

Los ejecutivos son pésimos, no te explican nada, incluso mientras te atienden están hablando o por teléfono, o con una compañera, pero tienen una pésima actitud. Te explican mejor en otras sucursales.
There are only two ATMs and one practice.
Executives are terrible, they don't explain anything to you, even while they are serving you, they are talking or on the phone, or with a colleague, but they have a terrible attitude. They explain you better in other branches.
