★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy mala, hay poca gente pero no hay ningún host que de la bienvenida y que explique el proceso. Vine a acompañar a una adulta mayor que la hicieron esperar más de 40 minutos de pie para una firma de 1 minuto de cobro de cheque.
Está poco concurrida para atención en ventanilla en día promedio, pero la logística y la inclusión son pésimas.
Por cierto el protocolo de COVID es malísimo, son los mismos clientes los que te ayudan al gel y a la toma de temperatura.
The service is very bad, there are few people but there is no host to welcome and explain the process. I came to accompany an older adult who made her wait more than 40 minutes on foot for a 1 minute check cashing signature.
It's not crowded for window service on average days, but the logistics and inclusion are lousy.
By the way, the COVID protocol is very bad, it is the clients themselves who help you with the gel and the temperature measurement.
