★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mejor que la otra rápido y su depositador es útil y por cierto: ya remodelaron esta sucursal, le copio diseño a Banorte, citibanamex y quedo MUCHO mejor, eso debería agilizar los tiempos de espera al menos...... que las demás sucursales igual se remodelen por tiempos de espera.
 Better than the other fast and its depositor is useful and by the way: they have already remodeled this branch, I copy the design from Banorte, Citibanamex and it is MUCH better, that should speed up waiting times at least ...... than the other branches they may be remodeled due to waiting times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado.... Demasiado pero demasiado en atender, pareciera que lo hacen a propósito. Casi 2 horas esperando a ser atendido y solo había 3 personas antes que yo. A parte solo tienen 3 sillas para esperar y dejan a muchas personas paradas
They take too much .... Too much but too much to attend, it seems that they do it on purpose. Almost 2 hours waiting to be attended and there were only 3 people before me. A part they only have 3 chairs to wait and leave many people standing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suuuuper lentos, no hay alguien que reciba y explique a los clientes, no hay sala de espera adecuada al número de personas que reciben día a día. Mejor busquen otra sucursal más eficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, el personal no sabe y no quieren atender diciendo que mejor lo atienda la compañera y para colmo dejan esperando a los clientes mientras se ríen de ellos en el cuarto de copiado, esa sucursal siempre ha sido la peor.
Terrible attention, the staff does not know and they do not want to attend saying that the colleague better serve him and to top it off they leave customers waiting while they laugh at them in the copy room, that branch has always been the worst.
