★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, las cajeras son muy lentas, estuve formada horas para un simple pago y se tardó muchísimo cuando me atendió, se ve que ni saben hacer su trabajo ? ojala pudiera ponerle menos 5 estrellas

Estuve formada en sucursal, pasando en ventanilla me pidieron un documento que no venia como documento necesario para realizar el tramite, voy y lo busco, regreso a ventanilla, requiero hacer un movimiento entre mis propias cuentas y me piden que se gerente autorice, una vez con el gerente, esta solo me mira con actitud de aguantate y tiempo después me pregunta que requiero y se toma su tiempo para chacotear, me miró de forma despectiva por mi apariencia (iba de pans) y como si me hiciera un favor después de casi 25 minutos por fin me autorizó.
Terrible service!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio nefasto más 2 de horas para pasar con ejecutivo, no dan algún numero de cliente se van a comer y dejan a 1 solo ejecutivo, personas mayores de edad afuera esperando por su servicio lento, no tienen control dela situación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de los mal llamados "ejecutivos" es el peor servicio y a nivel metropolitano. Solo tienen un ejecutivo para atender y se tarda en promedio 55 minutos en atender a un cliente y después se queda en su lugar sin hacer nada durante otros 15 min y cuando te atiende primero pregunta que harás para ver si le queda tiempo de realizar el trabajo por el cual ya le pagan. Deberían de transformar la sucursal a una de puros cajeros que serían más eficientes que el personal que tienen actualmente.

Si contestas no, te mandan a que te atienda un ejecutivo lo que implica 1 hora y media que tengas que formarte para que lo mismo que hace en pantalla la cajera lo hace un ejecutivo. Y mientras a fuerzas quiere que habrás una cuenta con ellos. Mala estrategia con eso menos te dan ganas de abrir una cuenta con ellos. HSBC LA AURORA
