★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente sin gente. Pero a veces aunque solo hayan 3 personas en fila solo hay un cajero y se tardan. Hoy me tocó escuchar de boca de un ejecutivo diciendole a un nuevo integrante: no te involucres, luego viene gente y hace sus berrinches nomás dales el avión y nos los mandas allá arriba. - A lo que me pareció una actitud muy poco ética y profesional, y sobre todo decirlo frente a los pocos clientes que éramos. En fin, son bancos que les importa un bledo el cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ejecutivo se tarda hasta 30 minutos para atender a una persona. Únicamente hay un ejecutivo y aunque hay pocas personas, puedes tardar hasta 2 horas en pasar con el ejecutivo. Además este banco no tiene reglas ni protocolos bien establecidos y sólo hacen dar vueltas en vano o te mandan de una sucursal a otra sin resolverte nada.
The executive takes up to 30 minutes to serve one person. There is only one executive and although there are few people, it can take up to 2 hours to spend with the executive.
