i	isidro Perez Saavedra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ayer a ver porque está bloqueada.mi tarjeta,había un solo "ejecutivo" este señor estaba ocupado con una cliente que al parecer era su conocida y en lugar de hacer su trabajo parecía que estaba haciendo visita social,que si se había contagiado en septiembre de Covid,que si la sucursal la iban a cambiar para remodelar,llevaba más de una hora con ella y no supe cuando terminó con ella porque me tenía que ir a trabajar,había 6 personas más,al paso que iba al último le iba a tocar para cuando estuviera cerrando a las 5 de la tarde(yo llegue a las 10:30) que les pasa!!!!! Capaciten mejor a su personal en atención a clientes, esta un chamaquito que al ingresar te menciona tiene cuenta con nosotros? Si no tiene cuenta no venga... Si se hace un pago de declaración de impuestos, no necesito tener cuenta en ningún banco, cuidado con eso porque pueden perder clientes Terrible attention in boxes and deplorable attention of the manager of the branch. Fui a hacer un depósito y disque tenían que checar por qué llevaba billetes de 500 pesos de los viejos, cierto eran muchos; pero cuando dijo BANXICO que en muchos no se puede a hacer depósitos?? Media hr ahí esperando para que “checaran” eso. One of the worst branches of HSBC, in general HSBC is pretty bad, I'm seriously thinking about changing banks. Estándares de calidad y atención al cliente muy muy bajos o nulos. Mucho que desear para una “institución bancaria”.
