Beatriz F. y el Gerente de la sucursal, solucionaron mi problema y les estoy muy agradecido no solo por la atención también por la amabilidad, fui a 2 centros HSBC en Iztapalapa y no me pudieron ayudar, recorrí 01:30 hrs. Y lo volvería a hacer por su excelente servicio!
100% recomendado y aun que no hubieran podido ayudarme aun así el servicio es de calidad!
Very good attention from the executives, mainly by Lic. Beatriz F. and the Branch Manager, they solved my problem and I am very grateful not only for the attention but also for the kindness, I went to 2 HSBC centers in Iztapalapa and not They could help me, I toured 01:30 hrs. And I would do it again for their excellent service!

There are few people and that's good, but the attention of the staff is bad, both cashiers and executives, they make you wait even if they don't have people, and they don't answer questions well.
