El banco bien, buenas instalaciones y servicio, pero muy lento... Solo un ejecutivo, es complicado satisfacer clientes cuando tienes que esperar más de 1 hr para que atiendan.

Nunca contestan, y cuando lo hacen no te solucionan nada Tienen un personal nefasto, se molestan porque les preguntas por situaciones que ellos provocan como una tal Gabriela Hernandez.

Muy mala atención, el ejecutivo que me atendió muy antipático, forma despectiva de pedir las cosas como si fuera un familiar que le cae mal, me preguntaba las cosas en tono de "recriminación" . El banco solo, no había lugar para apuntarse en la lista que tienen en la entrada, no llevan orden de quien va primero quien va después, no hay alguien que lleve el orden de las personas que van llegando o que explique a donde hay que dirigirse, estas perdido, falta personal, no vuelvo a regresar a esta sucursal, en cambio la sucursal de Galerías Monterrey EXCELENTE SERVICIO ! si les queda mas cerca galerías vayan a ese.

Muy mal servicio. Estuve más de 30 min. Esperando atención de algún ejecutivo. Y nada... Es como si no hubiéramos clientes. Ahi esperando. Mal servicio.

Asistí 2 sábados consecutivos por una TC, a la 1 PM, la persona que atiende nos comento a una persona y mi que tenia 2 citas y que me podía atender hasta las 3:00 PM si me esperaba ahí. La segunda vez la persona de servicio a cliente dijo que sólo tenía servicio hasta la 1:30 PM Asistí un miércoles a las 11:00 AM y me comentan que tienen mucha gente, pero que haga cita entre semana y que el fin de semana no atienden con cita, malísimo servicio en esa sucursal, les falta ponerse de acuerdo en las mentiras que nos van a decir al público.
I attended 2 consecutive Saturdays for a CT, at 1 PM, the person who attends told a person and me that he had 2 appointments and that he could attend me until 3:00 PM if he waited for me there. Pésimo lugar...y pésimo servicio como cada HSBC que existe. Incompetencia a donde sea que realices lo que realices... En horario de comida ..que es cuando la mayoría de nosotros la gente que trabaja podemos ir a hacer un trámite... Hay solo UNA persona.. por dios!!! Una persona!! En todo el lugar ! Obvio no te atiende por qué está ocupado. En ocasiones hay 2 personas en todo el banco... Y la segunda está "ocupada" revisando una sarta de papeles de administrativo. Pésimo el servicio. Pésima su aplicación móvil..pésima seguridad y todos sus procesos apestan...su banca en línea.. En fin Todo es pésimo en este banco

Buen y rapido servicio. Los martes y miércoles hay menos afluencia que otros dias, aunque solo hay uno o dos ejecutivos. Abierto los sábados.
Good and fast service. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are less crowded than other days, although there are only one or two executives. Open on Saturdays.
