Actualmente cumplen muy bien con las medidas de seguridad y la persona que está encargada de medir la temperatura es muy amable, me gusta mucho la sucursal. Perdí mas de media hora y jamás me atendieron, sale un ejecutivo y pregunta por los clientes "premier" y son los únicos que reciben atención y los "amigos" que frecuentan la sucursal. Pésima experiencia no lo recomiendo en absoluto Place with little staff: / zero organization, terrible customer service. p	pedro lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, el gerente Eric Perez, nefasto, me bloqueo un credito por error de captura, me cambio el nombre, quiza el error no fue lo peor, el problema mayor es que a base de mentiras, me hizo dar tres vueltas, esperandolo ahí, un promedio de dos horas estando la sucursal sola. En total 6 horas le dedique a su dichosa correción que nunca llego, al final puso mil pretextos, cabe mencionar que como el credito ya estaba autorizado, me hizo pagar el banco la poliza de seguro del automovil, y al bloquearlo tengo que pagar a la aseguradora una penalización de 3000 pesos, sólo por el error de este gerente repito Eric Perez. Que sólo pone cara de ni modo ... y se acabo. Cuidado con HSBC es un banco que ademas te disfraza los intereses que te cobra, busquen otras opciones. Lo único que no me gusta es que para retirar más de 9,500 que te deja el ATM tienes que presentar si o si la INE y no te toman en cuenta ni el pasaporte ni la licencia. Hay una Ejecutiva que tarda hasta una hora atendiendo a una sola persona. No hay agilidad en los servicios. Y todos metidos en sus celulares. ¿Que no están prohibidos dentro de la sucursal? One of the worst services you can have, they serve you "according to" how they arrive. But obviously if the Premier or Advance arrive they jump you. There is an Executive who takes up to an hour serving a single person. There is no agility in services. And all of them on their cell phones. What are not prohibited within the branch?
