★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Lentísimo, te hacen esperar y atienden primeros a los locatarios.
Y al final “no te podemos ayudar” creo que sale mejor llamar por teléfono que ir a esa sucursal.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Very slow, they make you wait and they serve the tenants first.
And in the end "we can't help you" I think it is better to make a phone call than to go to that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, un servicio decadente. Me hicieron esperar más de una hora en sol haciendo fila para retirar en ventanilla (no traía mi tarjeta). Me dijeron que pasará a ventanilla y cuando llegué que siempre si piden la tarjeta para retirar ahi también.

Y sumenle que no hay orden en las filas
Terrible, decadent service. They made me wait more than an hour in the sun, standing in line to pick up at the window (I didn't bring my card). They told me that it will go to the window and when I arrived that they always ask for the card to withdraw there too.
