★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas para que me abrieran una cuenta cuando en bbva tardan 15 min.... y nunca me preguntaron mi RFC lo intuyeron de mi CURP pero en mi caso no son iguales.... ahora que revise esta mal .... adivinen, hay perder otras 2 horas haciendo fila en un banco donde solo tienen un empleado para atender todos los problemas que tienen ....
 2 hours for them to open an account when in bbva it takes 15 min ... and they never asked me my RFC they guessed it from my CURP but in my case they are not the same ... now that I check this wrong ... guess what? , there is wasting another 2 hours queuing at a bank where they only have one employee to attend to all the problems they have ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a pasar con un ejecutivo, al menos necesitas 2 horas de tiempo libre, ya que solo hay uno y tarda mucho si hay 2 o 3 personas delante de ti, tomará 1.5 horas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hay un ejecutivo, tardan muchísimo en sus procesos... La gerente de la sucursal se la ha pasado en el teléfono toda la hora que he estado en la fila. La recepcionista no dice nada más que solo hay un ejecutivo y hay que esperar... Pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not in the least doing their work! When you have a problem, they will put you on the phone with the call center of the bank. But the staff would be much faster and successful talking to the authorities. 5 hours spend in the bank with nothing but problems and poor or no solutions at all.
