Se supone que tienen 4 cubículos para atender al cliente y llegue temprano y solo había una persona atendiendo y no es la primera vez que pasa, no sé si falte personal o yo que sé por qué el tiempo de espera para que te atiendan es terrible. La gente al igual que yo está desesperada y es desperdicio de tiempo, así que si tienes prisa y tienes que pasar a este HSBC definitivamente no se los recomiendo.
Terrible!! They are supposed to have 4 cubicles to attend to the client and arrive early and there was only one person attending and it is not the first time that it happens, I do not know if there is a lack of personnel or I know why the waiting time for you to be attended is terrible. People like me are desperate and waste of time, so if you are in a hurry and have to move to this HSBC I definitely do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del personal nunca hay cajeros suficientes para 3 personas y los que estan se tardan una eternidad para atenderte....el cajero depositador no te da cambio y solo puedes pagar tarjetas de crédito con el importe exacto..o sea que si tienes que pagar con monedas pasas al área de cajas y adiós a tu tiempo porque pierdes
mínimo una hora con 3 clientes delante de ti
Terrible attention from the staff there are never enough ATMs for 3 people and the ones that are there take forever to serve you...the depository cashier does not give you change and you can only pay credit cards with the exact amount...so if you have to pay with coins you go to the checkout area and goodbye to your time because you lose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera es demasiado, considerando que no había más gente en espera. Pésimo servicio por parte de los ejecutivos, el único amable fue el Sr de la entrada.
The waiting time is too long, considering that there were no other people waiting. Lousy service from the executives, the only friendly one was Mr. at the entrance.
