★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible, que no tengan como Banamex, cómo Bancomer que son los bancos más cercanos; que “NO TENGAN UNA SOLA SILLA” cuando en Ciudad Satélite, el 70 % de las personas, son de la tercera edad. Que inconsciencia definitivamente. Los empleados son a todo dar, muy amables y la señora de la limpieza es genial. Un día de lluvia me hizo un impermeable con una bolsa para basura transparente. Así que por todo lo recomiendo, pero las sillas son imperdonables y punto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que actualicen sus horarios, si por la contingencia cierran en otro horario que avisen, uno sale de su casa, se arriesga porque dice en internet que el cierre de sucursal es al las tres de la tarde y está cerrado. Que pésimo servicio. Por eso y otras cosas cancelé mi cuenta con HSBC X

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que desde su reapertura (noviembre 2020) cambiaron muchas cosas, de entrada hay más personal, eso es muy bueno y la sucursal quedo muy bonita remodelada, los asesores son muy amables aunque si hay gente ultimamente pero me dieron un excelente y rápido servicio, me exponía mucho al ir porque estoy embarazada pero cumplen con todas las medidas sanitarias y de cuidado, excelente servicio
