Pedimos servicio de los cajeros que te entienden, se portan muy groseros, una de ella ni hace nada y la gente tiene que esperar demasiado, se portan déspotas.

Muy mala atencion, tienen 6 ventanillas y solo es una cajera trabando y la fila hasta afuera de la sucursal. Creo que es misma estrategia que el oxxo

Es nefasto el servicio con los ejecutivos, se tarda las horas, para atender. Fuimos a tratar de abrir una inversión el viernes 6 de mayo el ejecutivo Ángel Jurado despues de una hora y constantemente echando la culpa a su sistema no lo pudo hacer, nos dio cita para el lunes 9 de mayo y a pesar de que su gerente lo ayudó, no lo pudo hacer x ¡¡¡¡segunda vez!!! Salimos desesperadas sin hacer nada y solo se perdió tiempo. Es un servicio PÉSIMO el que dan los ejecutivos de HSBC.

¡Pésimo servicio! Tardé 50 minutos, para realizar un simple pago en ventanilla. La atención de la señorita de la entrada pésima, varias personas le pidieron ayuda para realizar depósitos en el cajero, les daba indicaciones a medias y no los apoyaba, posteriormente a una señora que estaba en la fila de ventanilla le indicó que realizará su pago en el cajero porque iba a tardar más en ventanilla y salió peor, la señorita le realizó mal su pago y la señora tuvo que realizar una llamada para aclarar, en la cual tardo aún más, se desesperó porque no le resolvieron nada y mejor se fue. De 6 ventanillas, sólo estaban operando 2 con las cajeras mas lentas, las cuales sólo estaban platicando entre ellas y por todo se distraían, sin importar que hubiera más de 35 personas en fila para ser atendidas, la mayoría formada afuera del banco en pleno sol.
Terrible service! It took me 50 minutes to make a simple payment at the window. The attention of the lady at the entrance was terrible, several people asked her for help to make deposits at the cashier, she gave them half instructions and did not support them, later she told a lady who was in line at the window that she would make her payment in the cashier because it was going to take longer at the window and it turned out worse, the lady made her payment wrong and the lady had to make a call to clarify, which took even longer, she got desperate because they didn't solve anything and it was better for her to leave. Of 6 windows, only 2 were operating with the slowest tellers, who were only talking among themselves and were distracted by everything, regardless of the fact that there were more than 35 people in line to be served, most of them lined up outside the bank in full sun .
