★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal usan y abusan de sus clientes. Realmente estoy decepcionada del servicio al cliente en esta sucursal de alamedas. Me llamaron y me hicieron ir en 3 días laborales diferentes para mi trámite luego me hicieron ir al de satélite y me dijeron no lo podemos hacer aquí es en el de alamedas con Carlos González y volví a ir y me dijeron que este señor Carlos no había ido a trabajar y que sólo el podía finalizar trámite al final por la ineptitud de estos empleados mi trámite fue un desastre y no se pudo realizar y escondieron su error y mintieron sobre ello, en lugar de pedir una disculpa por su mal trabajo. Realmente decepcionada del mal trato al cliente por parte de HSBC.
 In this branch they use and abuse their customers. I am really disappointed in the customer service at this mall branch. They called me and made me go on 3 different business days for my procedure, then they made me go to the satellite and they told me we can't do it here, it's in the Alamedas with Carlos González and I went again and they told me that this Mr. Carlos had not I went to work and that only he could finish the process at the end due to the ineptitude of these employees, my paperwork was a disaster and could not be carried out and they hid their mistake and lied about it, instead of asking for an apology for their bad work. Really disappointed in HSBC's poor customer treatment.

Fui a abrirla y el trato NEFASTO, parece que te harán un favor, no me dieron el contrato físico dijeron que me lo harían llegar a mi correo y nada. Tengo que ir de nuevo porque por teléfono no te resuelven nada. Si alguien me puede apoyar?
On behalf of the company that hired me, the payroll is through this bank. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para q t pueda atender un ejecutivo tienes q esperar hasta una hr. Me han hecho ir en tres ocasiones y no me han podido cancelar una cuenta. Se pasan la bolita diciendo "el ejecutivo q t atendió le tiene q dar seguimiento y resulta q el ejecutivo no asistió el día q vas.
In order for an executive to be able to attend, you have to wait until one hour. They have made me go three times and they have not been able to cancel my account. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se merece ni una estrella, pésimo servicio, me hicieron esperar más de 2h y me pasaron al último, no me querían atender y lo hicieron de mala gana poniendo cualquier excusa, la señora me dijo "uy no, creo que no nos va a dar tiempo" para después justificar que mi ine no coincidía con mis datos. El peor banco
It does not deserve a single star, terrible service, they made me wait more than 2 hours and they passed me to the last one, they did not want to attend to me and they did it reluctantly making any excuse, the lady told me "oh no, I think we are not going to give time "to later justify that my ine did not match my data. Siendo 10am se toman su tiempo de lunch teniendo una sucursal saturada hoy 2 de marzo 2021 teniendo adultos mayores filas hasta de 2hrs . Para aperturas nuevas de cuentas. Te atienden a la" vueltecita en una puerta trasera" fuera de sucursal ! como es posible una institución bancaria permita esto !! Pésimo pésimo !! No existe una autoridad en esta institución!!!!
The worst branch I have ever visited, starting with the total disarray. Being 10am they take their lunch time having a saturated branch today March 2, 2021 having older adults lines up to 2hrs. For new account openings. They cater to the "back door twist" off branch! How is it possible a banking institution allows this !! Lousy lousy !! There is no authority in this institution !!!!
