Aunque vayas a la sucursal, te conectan con su call center, que luego a luego te dicen que te vayas a la sucursal. Nadie se siente responsable. Lo peor es que nadie dentro de la sucursal es lo suficientemente calificado para ayudarte. Su app de banca móvil nunca funciona, por lo cual hay que acudir a la sucursal o a uno de sus cajeros para cualquier movimiento ... Lo mejor seria reemplazar todos los empleados por inteligencia artificial. Creo que la primer versión de Siri haría mejor trabajo. Espera... Eso sería insultar a Siri. Mejor sientan una piedra en una silla. Ayudaría más... En resumen. Si quieres que tu dinero esté en buenas manos, no se lo des a HSBC. Easily the worst bank in the world ... Recomiendo que siempre pregunte si ya está "la digitalización" de su contrato para que no les pasé lo mismo que a mí.
