Me hicieron esperar 1 hora y cuando me atendieron, me dijeron que ya habían cerrado su sistema y que regrese al día siguiente... PÉSIMO SERVICIO!
They made me wait 1 hour and when they attended to me, they told me that they had already closed their system and to come back the next day ... BAD SERVICE!

Asco de servicio, más de 2 hrs esperando y no logran resolver nada.

Que pesima atencion y prepotencia de el Señor MALAQUIAS que atiendo en el cubiculo 1. llegamos en sabado nos anotamos en la libreta y jamas nos menciono nos salto y le dije que nos paso. A lo que el respondio no es culpa que no entienda lo que dice aqui (hoja de anotacionade clientes) ateadio a otra señora y nos dijo cuando me desocupe vere en que les ayudo y en voz baja dijo si es que se les puede ayudar. Yo le dije amigo nosotros vamos, llegamos antes que le señora que vas a pasar. El señor solo nos mal miro y nos dio la espalda. Osea no solo nos brinco de dos clientes si no que nos mal contesto. Ademas vino un señor sin anotarse en la lista y comenzo a atenderlo en el cubiculo 2 mediante una llamada telefonica. Por personal como él es que pierden clientes, diferente fuera que el se acercara y preguntara que dice aqui ¿Alguien escribio esto? Deberian de capacitar a su personal o adientrarlos en el trato AMABLE al cliente.
What a disservice and arrogance of Mr. MALAQUIAS that I attend in the cubicle 1. we arrived on Saturday we wrote down in the notebook and never mentioned us we jumped and told him that we passed. To which he replied is not fault that he does not understand what he says here (client note sheet) he stuck to another lady and told us when I get out of bed I'll see what I help them with and in a low voice he said if he can help them. I told him, friend, we are going, we arrived before the lady, what are you going to do? The lord just looked at us badly and turned his back on us. In other words, not only do we jump from two clients, but we do not respond well. Also, a man came without registering on the list and began to take care of him in cubicle 2 through a telephone call. For personnel like him is that they lose customers, differently that he approached and asked what he says here. Did someone write this? They should train their staff or train them in the friendly way to the client.

Fui abrir cuenta de nómina el sábado y me dijeron que sólo era de lunes a viernes de 9 a 2pm Acudí nuevamente en viernes y que "tenían" auditoría y me mandaron a sucursal Montejo. Encontré la sucursal en plaza arena y me comentaron que ese mismo trámite es de 9 am a 4 PM incluso los sábados. Pésima atención en Altabrisa, por eso BBVA y Banamex se los siguen comiendo y siendo mejores bancos.
I went to open a payroll account on Saturday and they told me it was only Monday through Friday from 9 to 2pm I went again on Friday and they "had" an audit and they sent me to the Montejo branch. Banco dentro del centro comercial y cerca a una de las entradas principales, amplio lugares de estacionamiento.., es un banco con mucha afluencia de visitas y debes disponer de mucho tiempo para ser atendido.
Bank inside the shopping center and close to one of the main entrances, ample parking spaces..., it is a bank with a high influx of visitors and you must have a lot of time to be attended.

Son unos déspotas y buenos para nada. No te solucionan nada y se sienten los dueños del banco. Pensimo banco, pésimo servicio. Supongo que no reciben capacitación y no reviciben retroalimentación de su gerente y demás altos funcionarios
