★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio el que otorga este banco muy rápido y eficiente, personal muy atento, hay 3 tipos de atención en ventanilla cliente HSBC, preferencial y cuentas de empresas por lo que fluye el servicio dependiendo la solicitud de los clientes con los ejecutivos demora más la atención ya que te tratan bien y algunas peticiones demoran mucho, horario aceptable de atención.
Very good service provided by this very fast and efficient bank, very attentive staff, there are 3 types of attention at the HSBC client window, preferential and company accounts, so the service flows depending on the request of the clients with the executives, it takes more time Attention since they treat you well and some requests take a long time, acceptable opening hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio...van 2 ocasiones que voy a intentar cancelar mi cuenta y siempre tienen un inconveniente. El ultimo fue que era imposible ya que mi cuenta estaba enlazada a un credito, siendo que ni siquiera tengo ningún credito activo pero que necesitaban desenlazarlo...anteriormente me dijeron que para dar de baja tenia que tener mi cuenta en ceros y termine pagando la renta de 2 meses, fue un sabado y no pude cancelar que porque se reflejaba hasta el martes de la siguiente semana.
Terrible service ... there are 2 times that I will try to cancel my account and they always have a problem. The last one was that it was impossible since my account was linked to a credit, being that I do not even have any active credit but they needed to unlink it ... previously they told me that to cancel my account I had to have my account in zeros and end up paying the 2 month rental, it was a Saturday and I could not cancel that because it was reflected until Tuesday of the following week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien que tomen medidas en la contingencia, pero tienen 2 cajas funcionando y los demás no hacen nada. Pésimo servicio, lamentablemente ocupamos de sus servicios y abusan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente el peor banco cómo es posible que no puede retirar de tu cuenta con tu número de cuenta a huevo tienes que llevar la tarjeta física que estupidez más grande.y los ejecutivos, no respetan los turnos, llegó una señora después de mi y por qué la conocía la paso antes. Pésimo servicio.
