Mejorar su actitud de servicio, ya que la gente no tiene la culpa de sus emociones ni de sus problemas personales ni laborales.
Atender con los protocolos ya estandarizados en los bancos y no saltarlos por querer atender rápido a los clientes, y mucho menos exponerlos dando saldos en un papel escrito a mano.
