Que vaya al banco de enfrente o otra sucursal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los asesores sumamente lentos y de pésima actitud, no puede ser que en día 15 esté solo un cajero y un asesor porque el resto se fue a comer tacos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por necesidad, ya van dos veces, pero evito esta sucursal, el servicio es pésimo, tardan mucho en atenderte en los escritorios, y su escusa es que están el el baño o comiendo, todos al mismo tiempo! Y no fue solo una vez las que paso, la gente está de mal humor y lo peor Esque le contestan a los clientes!
Solo un chavo joven de escritorios parecerá ser el único que trabaja bien ahí, por desgracia no recuerdo su nombre, pero el resto enserio pésimo servicio, deberían de arreglar eso, ya que no hay otro hsbc cerca.
I went out of necessity, they already go twice, but I avoid this branch, the service is bad, they take a long time to assist you at the desks, and their excuse is that they are in the bathroom or eating, all at the same time! And it wasn't just once that happened, people are in a bad mood and the worst Sche answer to customers!
Only a young guy at desks will seem to be the only one who works well there, unfortunately I do not remember his name, but the rest really bad service, they should fix that, since there is no other hsbc nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, atención lenta, solo te hacen perder el tiempo, solo hay dos personas de ejecutivos. Mala actitud, mala orientación. Definitivamente evitar esta sucursal. Te dan un número para que le des seguimiento a tu tramite y siempre te dicen que marques en 15 minutos porque no pueden atenderte. No pierdan su tiempo aquí.
Terrible service, slow attention, they only waste your time, there are only two people of executives. Bad attitude, bad orientation. Definitely avoid this branch. They give you a number to follow up on your process and they always tell you to dial in 15 minutes because they can't help you. Don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud y servicio al cliente. No entiendo cómo sigue abierta esa sucursal, o no entrenan a su personal si tantas quejas hay de ahí. Aunque deberían de correrlos a TODOS los que trabajan ahí, porque inclusive con entrenamiento, no tienen nada de valores. Muy groseros con todos los clientes. La última vez, fueron mis papás a esa sucursal y me comentaron que estuvieron esperando más de 1 hora en la fila, y nunca los atendieron. Hasta mis papás querían hablar con el gerente, y nunca se presentó la persona (todos decían ser el/la gerente). Llegó al punto que hasta le hablaron a la policía para que se llevaran a mis papás. En fin, mis papás luego de ahí fueron a otra sucursal a presentar la queja de esta sucursal con su personal deficiente y ahí sí fueron muy amables, en menos de 10 minutos los atendieron.
Terrible attitude and customer service. I do not understand how that branch is still open, or they do not train their staff if there are so many complaints from there. Although they should be sent to EVERYONE who works there, because even with training, they have nothing of values. Very rude to all customers. The last time, my parents went to that branch and they told me that they were waiting more than 1 hour in line, and they were never attended to. Even my parents wanted to speak to the manager, and the person never showed up (they all claimed to be the manager). It got to the point that they even called the police to take my parents away. Anyway, my parents then went to another branch to present the complaint of this branch with its poor staff and there they were very kind, in less than 10 minutes they were attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen esperar más de dos horas para que te atienda un ejecutivo en escritorio, no hay sillas suficientes y luego para que ni te resuelvan, el gerente no está y ningúna persona tiene las facultades para resolverte.
Terrible service, they make you wait more than two hours for an executive to attend to you at the desk, there are not enough chairs and then for them not to solve you, the manager is not there and no person has the power to solve you.
