Horrible servicio, la atención muy mala y lenta, en atención a a clientes 2 horas con 8 personas en la cola , y pasan gente que no está haciendo cola, solo por conocerlos. Estoy pensando seriamente en cambiar de banco

La peor atención, tienen su letrero de atención hasta las 5 p.m. y te dejan parado esperando hasta que se len pincha un huevo de decir que es a las 4 por contingencia. Nada más no quieren trabajar.

Pésima atención muy lento el servicio de ejecutivos tarde más de dos horas en qué me atiendan la sala de espera llena y los ejecutivos hay quienes no tiene gente y aún así no atienden a la gente que espera pésimo servicio!!

Pésimo servicio, no quisieron atenderme que porque el trámite tiene un horario parar realizarse, además de que me hicieron esperar para decirme eso cuando ya le había explicado a otro agente y nunca me mencionó nada de ese horario.

2 horas esperando para atención de ejecutivo. Además de que la gerente de recepción, pasa descaradamente primero a personas que llegan después pero que van a hacer portabilidad. Pésimo servicio, lamentablemente vine obligatoriamente para sacar mi tarjeta de nómina. Es una lastima tengan tan pésimo servicio, ojalá se pudiera poner 0 estrellas.

El servicio de ejecutivo terrible , se la pasan pláticando e tres empleados y no atienden, el sistemas de ticket no sirve y la persona que organiza no está en su área. Muy mal servicio
