Así que me salí de ahí sin mi tarjeta de crédito que tanto me ofrecían.

Terrible, I am a personal banking customer, they called me saying yes or yes I should take out a certain type of account because there was a blocking alert on my normal account. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefastos, incompetentes, lentos e inútiles en el area de ejecutivos. En caja son lentos pero hacen el trabajo. Dos veces he tenido que asistir con los ejecutivos y en ambas ocasiones lejos de ayudarme me complicaron las cosas, tardando, siendo incapaces de solucionar el problema o de plano negarndome el servicio argumentando que ellos no podían hacer nada. Deberían aprender a la sucursal de Homero, ahí si resuelven las cosas y te atienden de forma digna. No me están haciendo ningún favor al guardar mi dinero, bancos hay muchos y por sucursales cómo esta dan ganas de cambiarse.
Nefarious, incompetent, slow and useless in the executive area. At checkout they are slow but they get the job done. Twice I had to assist with the executives and on both occasions far from helping me they complicated things, taking time, being unable to solve the problem or outright denying me the service arguing that they could not do anything. They should learn to the Homer branch, there if they solve things and serve you in a dignified way. They are not doing me any favors by saving my money, there are many banks and by branches how this makes you want to change.
