★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fuí a cobrar un cheque y la cajera muy déspota me dijo que la firma no coincidía con lo que ella tenía en sistema y saliendo de ahí fuí a otra sucursal y allí no hubo ningún problema, si no quieren atender mejor que no vayan a trabajar.
 Terrible service, I went to collect a check and the very despotic cashier told me that the firm did not match what she had in the system and leaving there I went to another branch and there was no problem, if they do not want to attend better they do not go to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entras para hablar con un ejecutivo y no tienen filtrado para minimo saber si te van atender, solo te dicen espero en la salita, o una vez haciendo el trámite comentan voy hablar a Mexico para revisar x tema ya valió 1 hora más.
Hay gente mayor de edad en espera, y no se me hace justo, como si tuvieran su tiempo.
You go to talk to an executive and they do not have filtering to know if they are going to attend you, they only tell you I wait in the living room, or once doing the procedure, I will talk to Mexico to review the issue and it was worth 1 more hour.
There are elderly people waiting, and it does not seem fair, as if they had their time.

Ya que en otra sucursal me comentaron que si es posible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hubiera menor calificación la daba, pésimo servicio, no hay alguien que dirija, o tienen como sacar turnos, y luego piden que saques cita y que según en casa banco se manejan diferente, la vdd el peor banco al que he ido.

Respecto a lo demas, 1:30-2 hrs para abrir una cuenta de credito como cliente nuevo. La fila no separa hacia donde vas, no hay asignacion de turnos pero pasa alguien para separar a la gente segun a lo que va. Es cierto que te pasan a una salita de espera y es tu responsabilidad ver de quien sigues.
