★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardé en espera, mal trato de parte de los ejecutivos quien inventó excusas para no abrirme una cuenta, quiero creer que no fue discriminación aunque al parecer tinta mucho a eso. Ya que fuí a otra sucursal y aquel pretexto jamás fue impedimento para realizar lo que pedí.
I was waiting, bad treatment on the part of the executives who invented excuses for not opening an account, I want to believe that it was not discrimination although it seems a lot of ink to that. Since I went to another branch and that pretext was never an impediment to do what I requested.

They have a waiting list to be taken care of but the executives attend first to their acquaintances while one is waiting and waiting for their turn that never comes, people who arrive later pass first, terrible service

Le falta atención de su gerencia para poder subir su nivel en los aspectos antes indicados, lo mall que en Campeche no hay mucho que elegir de sucursales hay que aguantarse
It is a place with cleanliness, good attention from the regular staff without aspirations to improve, very busy the parking lot only with three drawers including the wheelchair
It lacks attention from its management to be able to raise its level in the aforementioned aspects, the mall that in Campeche there is not much to choose from branches you have to put up with

Very bad service. Some executives make you wait while they chat and waste their time. They still don't give you an option to allow them a moment. Even rude in that regard. The clients we are waiting for should be a priority
