★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues es un Hsbc. Es muy pequeño, lo cual en contingencia no es bueno. Tiene tapete sanitizante y el piso está marcado, pero es un lugar cerrado. Además no siempre toman la temperatura. Han mejorado las medidas un poco desde la última vez que fui, pero sigue sin ser del todo seguro debido a ser una sucursal tan pequeña. Mantener la distancia es muy difícil. Al menos el consuelo es que usualmente no está tan lleno a menos que vayas en quincena o fin de mes, o viernes. Sirve para hacer trámites normales, cajas y hay 3 cajeros automáticos, en los cuales uno de ellos permite hacer depósitos. Los depósitos en caja se hacen al instante pero los de cajero pueden tomar unos 2 días.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal muy mal servicio, solo un cajero y más de 20 minutos sin poder despachar a un cliente y todo el personal ve que no hay cajeros y ni uno entra a ayudar, más de 10 personas en la fila, la gerente Teresa Ballesteros escondida, comiendo y diciendo a quien le preguntaba, "no hay cajeros" el cajero que de seguro no estaba bien capacitado, está viendo la fila y todavía se pone a contar dinero, oye eso déjalo para después, primero saca la chamba y atiende al cliente, pero en HSBC no saben de eso, de atención, al contrario hablan mal, primera y última ves que voy a esa sucursal que por fuera se ve profesional pero por dentro la manejan unos ineptos empezando por Teresa Ballesteros que le vale lo que piensen de ella, se ve que esta a la fuerza, mal muy muy mal, no vayan a esa sucursal, nada más van a ir hacer corajes.
