Es verdad que cuando hay mas gente es lento el servicio y los agentes no se dan abasto, ni los cajeros. Esta sucursal es una buena opción para ir al banco en sábado. The attention was quick and that was a Saturday almost about to close. It is true that when there are more people the service is slow and the agents cannot cope, nor the cashiers. This branch is a good option to go to the bank on Saturday.

D	Daniela Orozco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, aunque seas cliente te hacen esperar horas, la señorita que da las fichas no sabe nada, le pregunté que cuánto faltaba para que me pasara el ejecutivo y fue a preguntar y no me supo decir, total fui yo con el gerente q decirle que cuánto me tenía que esperar y me dijo que debido a la pandemia no hay personal después de dos horas no pude hacer el trámite y solamente perdí mi tiempo, y lo peor es que no se disculpan, *PESIMO SERVICIO* y la otra es que en las cajas solo hay una persona y como 20 clientes esperando pasar.. y aún así no abren las otras cajas The attention is terrible, even if you are a client they make you wait for hours, the lady who gives the tokens does not know anything, I asked her how long it would take for the executive to come to me and she went to ask and she did not know how to tell me, I totally went with the manager I told him how long he had to wait for me and he told me that due to the pandemic there is no staff after two hours I couldn't do the paperwork and I just wasted my time, and the worst thing is that they don't apologize, *GREAT SERVICE * and the other is that there is only one person at the checkout and about 20 customers waiting to go through... and still they don't open the other checkouts

La velocidad con la que los ejecutivos te atienden es inverosímil. Bien podrías ir a desayunar, regresar y todavía esperar media hora más a que te atiendan. El sistema de turnos esta únicamente de adorno y los ejecutivos qué no están haciendo nada pasan por entre la gente como si fueran invisibles. Quiero recalcar qué solo es en atención de ejecutivo. En ventanilla son menos ineptos. Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría sin duda alguna. If you have any reason, please do not obtain any product from this bank, much less come to this branch. The speed with which the executives serve you is unbelievable. You might as well go to breakfast, come back and still wait another half hour for service. The shift system is only for decoration and the executives who are not doing anything pass through the people as if they were invisible. I want to emphasize that it is only in executive attention. At the window they are less inept. If I could put 0 stars I would without a doubt.

They have to improve a lot, mainly attention and organization times....it is not possible that you need an appointment to be delivered a plastic....and you need to schedule days in advance....???

Gabriela deja pasar persona sin cita y retrasa la fila... 3 horas y media para poder cancelar cta de nómina y todavía rogando para sacar tarjeta Zero... pésima experiencia así menos quiero tarjeta HSBC... They do not respect corporate queues, Sta. Gabriela lets people pass without an appointment and delays the queue... 3 and a half hours to be able to cancel the payroll record and still begging to get a Zero card... terrible experience that way I don't want an HSBC card... .

Te hacen agendar cita para ser atendido por un ejecutivo y no lo respetan; más de una hora esperando y al final no fui atendido porque hay muchas personas esperando (también con cita). Mejor busquen otra sucursal. Very bad service. They make you schedule an appointment to be attended by an executive and they do not respect it; more than an hour waiting and in the end I was not attended because there are many people waiting (also by appointment). Better find another branch.
