★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal en varías ocasiones me han negado el servio para cambio de monedas, ya que siempre me indican que tengo que ser cliente de ellos para que me puedan hacer el cambio de monedas o en su defecto depositarlo a cuenta, cuando el Banco de Mexico estuvo publicando que en cualquier sucursal bancaria podrían realizar el cambio de monedas sin ser cliente de la institución, y pésimo servicio por parte de los cajeros ya que ni siquiera saben indicar el porque no realizan el servio de cambio de monedas
In this branch on several occasions they have denied me the service for currency exchange, since they always tell me that I have to be a customer of them so that they can make the currency exchange or, failing that, deposit it on account, when the Bank of Mexico was publishing that in any bank branch they could make the currency exchange without being a client of the institution, and terrible service from the ATMs since they do not even know why they do not perform the currency exchange service

Ella no me puede atender porque no tiene privilegios, entiendo su situación, sin embargo me vio esperando (porque era la segunda vez que iba a perder el tiempo) y no me pasó con la persona correspondiente. Me hizo esperar hasta el turno siendo que el gerente estaba desocupado. Aby ni tiene empatía ni sabe dar seguimiento a sus casos, de hecho marcó a otra sucursal para que le apoyará. A ver si revisan la capacitación de su personal. Y Cuicuilco está en la misma situación. Me confirman que son peor banco en México.
Bad attention from Adri. Hopefully review your case. She can't attend me because she has no privileges, I understand her situation, however she saw me waiting (because it was the second time I was going to waste time) and it didn't happen to me with the corresponding person. It made me wait until the shift being that the manager was unoccupied. Aby neither has empathy nor knows how to follow up on his cases, in fact he dialed to another branch to support him. See if they review the training of their staff. And Cuicuilco is in the same situation. They confirm that they are the worst bank in Mexico.

Terrible service, they only have two executives and they take ages to serve you, literally 3 hours for two people.

They do not have staff there are only 2 boxes the space is super closed and there is only one executive who is all stupid does not answer questions, does not help at all!
