★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super grosero todo el personal, nunca usen sus cajeros, el de la derecha está dañado y se traga tu tarjeta sin motivo alguno aunque no haya fallado la transacción. A varios amigos le ha pasado en esa sucursal solamente.
Super rude all the staff, never use their ATMs, the one on the right is damaged and they swallow your card for no reason even if the transaction has not failed. It has happened to several friends in that branch alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del Gerente Hanssel, súper tardado y dando la información por pausas y de mal modo, es mejor esperar a que te atienda otro ejecutivo (ellos si son amables y responden tus dudas) que perder tu tiempo y paciencia con él. Es tan grosero que les grita a sus empleados.
Terrible service from Manager Hanssel, super late and giving the information due to pauses and in a bad way, it is better to wait for another executive to attend you (they are kind and answer your questions) than to waste your time and patience with him. He's so rude that he yells at his employees.

They do not close at 5 pm or 4:30 pm as indicated on their sign, what a pity that their schedules are not updated. I traveled several kilometers to find it closed.
