★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos SUPER LENTOS. No están atendiendo a nadie, solo dan vueltas, se preguntan no se que unos con otros y no atienden a los clientes.
 SUPER SLOW executives. They are not caring for anyone, they just go around, they ask themselves I don't know what they are with each other and they don't attend to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor sucursal de HSBC enserio hay favoritismo para pasar a los clientes con los ejecutivos... Los ejwcutivos demoran mucho tiempo en atender aún estando sin cliente. En general muy mal servicio!
It is the worst branch of HSBC, seriously there is favoritism to transfer clients to executives... The executives take a long time to serve even when they are without a client. Overall very bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor servicio... No entiendo porque las chicas de ventanilla tienen que ser tan hostiles y los que te reciben en la entrada lo mismo... Esperar para ser atendido por un ejecutivo es mínimo esperar 40 minutos... Que pena que sea un mal servicio

Me reemplazaron la tarjeta de débito y me preocupo que el ejecutivo Santiago B la arranco del papel donde viene adherida, eso crea el riesgo de que puedan ver el número CCV y clonarla con los datos que ya capturan en el formato de recepcion. Me gustaría ver qué refuerzan controles para mitigarlo.
Slow service, despite unemployed officials.
I replaced the debit card and I worry that the executive Santiago B ripped it from the paper where it is attached, that creates the risk that they can see the CCV number and clone it with the data they already capture in the reception format. I would like to see what controls reinforce to mitigate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mas de 1:20 hs esperando a que me atendiera un disque ejecutivo. La gorda fea que da los turnos chacoteando con los ejecutivos. De los 4 ejecutivos sólo trabajaba uno. Por fin se dignaron a atenderme y no me resolvieron ni un café con leche. Pésimo servicio!!!!
Terrible service more than 1:20 hours waiting for an executive dial to answer me. The ugly fat woman who takes turns chatting with executives. Only one of the 4 executives worked. At last they deigned to attend me and did not solve a single coffee with milk. Terrible service!!!!
