Asco de servicio, 40 minutos esperando para aperturar una cuenta, y los ejecutivos no respetan el orden de la lista de espera que tienen en la entrada, pasaron a dos personas antes que a mí que evidentemente llegaron después argumentando que no tenían clave para el trámite de esas cuentas

Abrí una cuenta de ahorros y me bloquearon la tarjeta de débito en la primer compra que hice por internet; me pidieron que hiciera reposición de plástico; intenté comprar mi despensa con esta nueva tarjeta y la compra fué denegada, al llamar para ver por que me dijeron que no existía ningún bloqueo y que me invitaban a intentarlo de nuevo pero siguió fallando; decidí cancelar mi cuenta, dejé el saldo en ceros y me dijeron que tenía otro bloqueo y debía esperar 3 días mas para que desapareciera. Pésimo servicio no recomiendo este banco para nada.
I opened a savings account and my debit card was blocked in the first purchase I made online; They asked me to do plastic replacement; I tried to buy my pantry with this new card and the purchase was denied, when I called to see why they told me that there was no blockage and that they invited me to try again but it continued to fail; I decided to cancel my account, I left the balance in zero and they told me that I had another blockage and had to wait 3 more days for it to disappear. Terrible service I do not recommend this bank at all.

Este es el peor de los bancos que he ido en toda mi vida las que atienden creen que son dueñas del changarrito de la gerencia ni se diga las deja hacer lo que ellas digan y ni se te ocurra cambiar un cheque de otra sucursal no te lo cambian por qué las firmas no coinciden y valla que fui como 5 veces a tratar hasta que fue el titular a hablar con ellos y solo por esa ves lo hicieron esta es una muestra de lo mal que se atiende en México al cliente pero en especial está sucursal traten deberás de no ir

Terrible servicio. Espere más de 8 horas en 3 días y no fue hasta que comencé a alzar la voz que me atendieron y fueron incapaces de darme resolución. Soy una persona paciente y calmada pero parece que en la mayoría de las sucursales de HSBC el slogan es desesperar al cliente.
Terrible service. I waited more than 8 hours in 3 days and it was not until I began to raise my voice that they attended to me and were unable to give me resolution. I am a patient and calm person but it seems that in most of the HSBC branches the slogan is to despair the customer.

Terrible servicio. Llegas con cita y no te quieren atender. Durante la interminable espera, pasan a otras personas sin cita y que llegaron después, no respetan turnos, ni el tiempo de las personas. El trato está fatal, solo el ejecutivo que está en atención a empresas mostró un trato amable con las personas, el resto deja muchísimo que desear. Si se quieren evitar un rato desagradable, busquen otro banco
Terrible service. You arrive by appointment and they do not want to attend you. During the endless wait, they pass other people without appointments and who arrived later, they do not respect shifts, nor people's time. The treatment is fatal, only the executive who is in service to companies showed a kind treatment with people, the rest leaves a lot to be desired. If you want to avoid an unpleasant time, find another bank

Two hours to get serviced by a bank rep, plus we were virtually ignored. Best is to get an appointment, since they just skip the line (Wich seems rather unfair), plus the branch was too cold, I told them I had just had surgery to do something to speed it up, but that didn't seem to matter, in the end I had to leave in the middle of the transaction with the rep, as I had a bad case of hypotension, they are SLOW, so I was to my sis, I don't care about the money anymore, please take me home
