8 personas tenemos media hora y nadie pasa; los ejecutivos de cuentas super lentos e ineficientes. Necesitan mas personal en atención a clientes; las cajas estan solas. Pésimo servicio.

es una porquería el servicio de esta sucursal....con razón no hay clientes....4 personas y tardan más de media hora en atender a una sola!!!!...la visite 3 días seguidos y la misma situación.. los demás clientes también muy molestos...que bien que no me recibieron se recomiendan solos!!!!

Asco de servicio dos horas y no atienden, groseros desde la puerta y con malas caras, nadie con quien quejarte. No recomiendo esta sucursal hace pasar malos ratos y perder tiempo.

Pésima atención de los ejecutivos, les pides claramente el producto que necesitas y hacen lo que quieren con tal de ganar su comisión, tienen una pésima actitud y son lentisimos, necesitan capacitación porque todo tienen que estar preguntando al Gerente, casi 3 horas para abrir una cuenta y todo para que después resultara que la abrieron mal y tuve que volver otras dos horas para que corrigieran el error.b
Terrible attention from the executives, you clearly ask them for the product you need and they do what they want in order to earn their commission, they have a terrible attitude and are very slow, they need training because they all have to be asking the Manager, almost 3 hours to open one account and everything so that later it turned out that they opened it wrong and I had to go back another two hours to correct the error.

fui a sacar un cuenta de debito. lo primero es que tardaron bastante para atenderme ya una vez que me pasaron con un ejecutivo me empezó a hacer el tramite correspondiente pero lo deja inconcluso y me lleva con otro, diciéndome que su compañero me seguiría atendiendo, a lo cual yo estuve deacuerdo, ya una vez ahi tuvo que repetir el proceso mas de 2 veces ya que estaba pendiente una encuesta que el primer asesor no lleno y como no se dieron cuenta, no podian seguir con mi proceso. una vez ya hecho la corrección me mandaron a a depositar a caja los 1000 pesos que te piden para poder activar la cuenta, lo cual no se pudo hacer y solo me dieron mi tarjeta alegando que ya mañana podría hacer mi deposito y que mi cuenta quedaría activada... al día2 siguiente voy a otra sucursal para hacer mi deposito, y me comenta la señorita de ventanilla que no se podía por que tenia algo mal mi cuenta, que regresara a la sucursal en la que había hecho mi trámite para que me ayudaran en eso ..asi que tuve que ir nuevamente a esta sucursal y ver por que no podian hacerlo.. y para no hacerles el cuento mas largo aun. no se pudo ya que el asesor metió mal unos datos y ocupaba se actualizara mi informacaion.... a todo esto en ningún momento se me acerco la gerente o algún jefe inmediato ya que mi molestia era evidente y nadie hizo nada para poder arreglar mi problema ya que la persona que me estaba atendiendo desconocia o no se si estaba bien capacitado para hacer sus funciones asi mismo la falta de liderazgo y atencion al cliente por parte de la gerencia fue mas que evidente ya que no solo ni se acercaron, si no que nisiquiera me volteron a ver y preguntarme si tenia alguna todo esto paso entre el lapso de tiempo de las 12:00 pm a las 5:40 pm (ya cerrada la sucursal) del dia 08 de junio del 2021 y media dia del dia 9 de junio. pesimo servicio y la peor experencia en cuanto a bancos he tenido.

It was not possible since the advisor entered some data wrong and was busy updating my information .... to all this at no time did the manager or an immediate boss approach me since my annoyance was evident and nobody did anything to fix my Problem since the person who was attending me was unaware or did not know if he was well trained to perform his duties, likewise the lack of leadership and customer service from the management was more than evident since not only did they not approach, if not They didn't even turn to see me and ask me if I had any All this happened between the time period from 12:00 pm to 5:40 pm (the branch is already closed) on June 8, 2021 and half a day on June 9. Terrible service and the worst banking experience I have ever had.

Pesima atención, no respetan el tiempo de la gente, te registran y no te anotan, mas de 1 hr esperando por un servicio que seria muy sencillo hacer via telefónica, en fin sus políticas

One of the worst banks and worst branches of them all. After having an appointment at Las Villas and making it only to find out it was closed (why didn’t the associate (Karina I didn’t notify us is beyond my reasoning), I made it here, the hostess was candid enough to provide me with a chair since I recently had surgery, but that was the end of the considerations, I was “helped” by this guy (didn’t get his name but should be easily identifiable by his poor taste in clothing and the warts in his face), wouldn’t offer me any help, at first he said “if I help you, my colleague will have to cancel the operation”, so when I said “well it’s being long enough, can we do that?”, he said “I already told you I can’t”, that was startlingly rude, unapologetic and obviously he was helpless, no wonder they have a 1.6 star rating…
