Nunca he entrado a la sucursal, es más, ni soy cuentahabiente. Pero justo en frente de este banco hay un señor que vende unos tacos de canasta muy rifados, bien servidos, de muy buen sabor. No son de esos culeros de canasta con bolsa azul. Los más chidos a mi gusto son los de chicharrón, pero los de papá y frijol se avientan un buen tiro. Y siempre tiene agua fresca de jamaica. Con menos de 100 varitos comes cómo Rey.

Pésimo todos los ejecutivos son grafologos porque donde te falta un punto secuestran tu dinero. Aparte huevones, llegué y estaban platicando muy a gusto y sus clientes esperando. Para rematar cuando llegué con el auto al estacionamiento no hubo un solo empleado viene viene o lo que fuera que pudiera coordinarnos a los que estábamos en dicho lugar y al retirarme por no darle dinero por un trabajo que no hizo me dice pinche m*****..... El banco local del mundo basura, aunado al fraude millonario en Estados Unidos que hasta doblaron al mismísimo Barak Obama. Adjunto una bonita foto del personal comadreando.

Tengo una queja. Asisti a este baco porque necesitaba cobrar mis incapacidades. Ya tenia mi boleta de pago y mis documentos en orden. En primera el tiempo de espera para entrar fue eterna ya que solo estaba en servicio una ventanilla. Deberia de haber por lo menos 2 personas mas ya que la demanda de gente era bastante. En segunda ya que pase. La persona que me atendio me dijo que tenia que pasar a un ejecutivo ya que no estaba autorizado mi pago y querian darme una tarjeta para que ahi me lo depositaran el cual no acepte porque solo era un monto total y no necesitaba cobrar mas incapacidades. Pero el sr muy insistente me dijo que tenia que pasar con el ejecutivo. Entonces me formo en la fila para pasar con el ejecutivo y la señora que estaba en la entrada me dijo que me tenia que salir y de nuevo formarme para que fuera a la fila de ejevutivo. Total facil perdí una hora y media ahi y no me resolvieron nada. Me sali y fui a la suc de Coaplaza y inmediato me pagaron. Por favor hagan bien su trabajo. Revisen bien las necesidades de la gente y no se preocupen solo por dar tarjetas. Sino en vez de ganar mas clientes los pierden y pasan cosas como estas
I have a complaint. I attended this bacchus because I needed to collect my disabilities. I already had my pay slip and my documents in order. At first, the waiting time to enter was eternal since only one window was in service. There should be at least 2 more people since the demand for people was enough. Second as it happens. The person who attended me told me that I had to go to an executive since my payment was not authorized and they wanted to give me a card so that they would deposit it there which I did not accept because it was only a total amount and I did not need to charge more disabilities. But Mr. very insistent told me that I had to go through with the executive. So I get in line to go to the executive and the lady at the entrance told me that I had to go out and line up again to go to the executive line. Totally easy I lost an hour and a half there and they did not solve anything for me. I left and went to the Coaplaza Suc and they immediately paid me. Please do your job well. Take a good look at people's needs and don't just worry about giving cards. But instead of gaining more customers they lose them and things like this happen

pesimo servicio, para pagarte un cobro del IMSS por incapacidad, te condicionan a sacar una cuenta con ellos, argumentan que no hay sistema para validad la credencial del INE por lo que no pueden pagarte en efectivo, solo con abono a cuenta.
Terrible service, to pay you a fee from the IMSS for disability, they condition you to take out an account with them, they argue that there is no system to validate the INE credential so they cannot pay you in cash, only with payment on account.

Pésimo servicio, te hacen formarte más de una hora para que salgan que no pueden pagarte 1200 pesos sin tener una cuenta con ellos, que tienen que validar la credencial del INE en el padrón que mentira tan grande son déspotas, mentirosos, flojos, hacen todo por no trabajar, nada profesionales, nefasta la atención. Que corran al personal y pongan nuevo.
Terrible service, they make you train for more than an hour so that they leave that they cannot pay you 1200 pesos without having an account with them, that they have to validate the INE credential in the register that such a big lie they are despots, liars, lazy, they do everything for not working, not professional, bad service. Soy cliente de este banco desde hace 15 años y con el paso del tiempo se ha ido deteriorando el servicio de los ejecutivos premier al punto de que nos han obligado ha terminar nuestra relación con HSBC. Evitan trabajar lo más posible, nunca se les encuentra, siempre están ocupados, no contestan llamadas, no les interesa cuidar el patrimonio de sus clientes, en resumen no les recomiendo que hagan uso de este banco.
I have been a client of this bank for 15 years and over time the service of the premier executives has deteriorated to the point that we have been forced to terminate our relationship with HSBC. No me quieren dar mi incapacidad en esta sucursal porque"No tienen sistema" Así que me quieren obligar a sacar una tarjeta para depositarme. El trabajador se llevan su comisión y a mí me hacen perder mi tiempo, gracias HSBC! TRANZA Esto pasa seguido...
