★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos tosiendo y sin cubrebocas, el del módulo 2 se comporta despota y despectivo, y no fue hacía mí, fue hacia un cliente mayor de edad, hablan de forma despectiva de los clientes a sus espaldas.
 Terrible service, the executives coughing and without face masks, the one in module 2 behaves despotic and contemptuous, and it was not towards me, it was towards an older client, they speak disparagingly of the clients behind their backs.

Varias áreas de mejora muy sencillas pero que no quieren cambiar.
No tienen un orden de registro y los ejecutivos hacen lo que se les da la gana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo una caja atendiendo y una fila de 10 personas esperando 25 minutos para ser atendidos. El gerente sin la habilidad para conseguir que le hagan llegar más cajeros.
