Independientemente del tiempo que tardaron en abrirme una cuenta (cosa que ya esperaba), ingresaron mis datos mal y mi cuenta no se activó. No me quisieron atender telefónicamente o por email y pretenden que vuelva a perder varias horas de mi tiempo para resolver el problema presencialmente en la oficina, a pesar de ser por culpa de su incompetencia.
Ya en busca de un nuevo banco. El bajo nivel de este servicio es insoportable.
Terrible experience despite being a Premiere client. Regardless of how long it took to open an account for me (which I expected), they entered my details wrong and my account was not activated. They did not want to answer me by phone or by email and they want me to lose several hours of my time to resolve the problem in person at the office, despite it being due to their incompetence.
Already looking for a new bench. The low level of this service is unbearable.
