★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de ejecutivos las ejecutivas no.4,3,2 y 1 no atienden a los clientes solo se la pasan riendo, hablando entre ellas, deberían tomar cartas en el asunto para mejorar el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado con el cajero depositados, te roban el dinero que te depositen, y te dan muchas vueltas, pésimo el servicio que ofrecen, cada vez peor. Les recomiendo no tener cuentas ni nada en este banco, está pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 1 hora esperando para pasar con un ejecutivo solo para una reposición de plástico, y he avanzado un turno. Quedan 4 personas por pasar. Horrible el manejo de sus tiempos y personal.
I've been waiting 1 hour to get through to an executive just for a plastic replenishment, and I've moved up a shift. There are 4 people left to go. Horrible management of their time and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, los asesores un día te dicen una cosa, y otro día te dicen otra cosa, no saben del tema, si lo hubiera hecho como me dijeron hubiera cometido un error con mi dinero, les falta conocimiento. Las cajeras muy groseras y se por otra sucursal que el trato que me dieron no fue bueno además de lo que me pidieron no era necesario. Definitivamente no regresaria ahi
Very bad attention, the advisers one day tell you one thing, and another day they tell you something else, they do not know about the subject, if I had done it as they told me I would have made a mistake with my money, they lack knowledge. The cashiers are very rude and I know from another branch that the treatment they gave me was not good, in addition to what they asked me for, it was not necessary. Tiempos de espera larguísimos a todas horas, el personal es dlv y el trato pésimo; carota que te ponen cuando preguntas algo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, abren a las 8.30 te empiezan atender a las 8.45 y el colmo es que solo empieza atender un ejecutivo los demás están en el chisme, y si le dices que por que solo hay un ejecutivo se molestan. Siempre tardan en atenderte he estado hasta 2 horas esperando
