★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen buena atención con los cuentabientes, no resuelven los problemas, los ejecutivos prefieren ignorar al cliente para no dar solución. En general es un banco con pésimo servicio. HSBC debería hacer una mejor selección de su personal.
 They do not have good customer service, they do not solve problems, executives prefer to ignore the client to avoid solutions. In general it is a bank with lousy service. HSBC should make a better selection of its staff.

Terrible service I have only come 2 times but they can never attend even if there are only 1 or 2 people. They just spend their time walking around the bank instead of serving users
