Y no me atienden, dicen que todo es por teléfono, ni que fuese dinero regalado jaja.
Todos los lunes me comunico y nada que arreglan este asunto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!!! Would rate 0 stars if possible! As a foreigner HSBC charges 5.5% of the withdrawal amount. When the ATM asked me to confirm, I declined but the transaction was done anyhow. Thanks HSBC for stealing 30USD of mine!
When I went to the service counter I received the incredibly unhelpful answer: “There is nothing I can do”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this bank to withdraw money from my checking account from US based bank. They charge 72 MXN as withdrawal fee. At the end of the transaction, ATM asks for conversion. I rejected their conversion rate because my bank has better conversion rate. HSBC’s conversion rate is 5.5% lower than my bank. I also checked other banks’ withdrawal fees and HSBC is the lowest I found. Santander charges 174 MXN and another Mexican bank charges 116 MXN. ATMs are inside the bank and Reforma street is safe to withdraw money from an ATM.
