Empleados incompetentes y con una actitud lamentable, no pueden resolver algo tan sencillo como una aclaración de cargo y todavían se ponen en plan de que si no queremos hacer el trabajo no se hará porque ya están monitoreados. Si HSBC ve esto por favor no permitas que ejecutivos como ángel castaño trabajen para ustedes porque acaban de hacer perder a un cliente con su pésima actitud y desempeño Disastrous. Incompetent employees and with a regrettable attitude, cannot solve something as simple as a clarification of position and they still think that if we do not want to do the work, it will not be done because they are already monitored. If HSBC sees this please do not allow executives like Brown Angel to work for you because you have just lost a client with their lousy attitude and performance.

Te hacen esperar más de 1 hora. Aunque no haya gente, primero salen a desayunar y luego te atienden y además los ejecutivos llegan tarde. A las mujeres embarazadas las tratan mal y no les dan prioridad. Además de que no cuentan con espacios especiales para ellas. Dejan mucho que desear. Bad attention from the staff. They are not trained to give a good service, as well as to provide the correct information for a procedure. They make you wait more than 1 hour. Although there are no people, first they go out for breakfast and then they serve you and also the executives are late. Pregnant women are treated poorly and are not given priority. Besides that they do not have special spaces for them. They leave a lot to be desired.

Honestly people choose a different bank, from the people working on the first floor to the second ALL of them are LAZY and don't know what they're doing. I am immediately switching to another bank to have my money in!!!
