★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He querido cancelar mi cuenta durante dos semanas. Primero me regresaron porque era obligatorio tener un plástico, me hicieron sacarlo y pagar por él para dejar mi cuenta en ceros. Regrese otro día y aunque ya estaba mi cuenta en ceros, pero no me podían cancelar porque aún mi pago estaba pendiente por ser aceptado. Después regrese a la sucursal por tercera vez con el plástico, identificación y cuenta en ceros aprobada, y además de que no me atendían porque la ejecutiva estaba en el celular, me dijo no me podían cancelar mi cuenta porque no traía contrato y culparon a su propio equipo por estar en capacitación. No tengo tanto tiempo para estarlo desperdiciando en ir a su sucursal las veces que quieran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco como todo HSBC es un banco de segunda, mal servicio, mala organizacion, mala actitud, tuve la mala fortuna de caer aqui. Recomendacion: si vas a abrir una cuenta, tarjeta de credito etc..... piensalo 2 veces, hay mucho mejores opciones en el mercado.
This bank, like all HSBC, is a second class bank, bad service, bad organization, bad attitude, I had the misfortune to fall here. Recommendation: if you are going to open an account, credit card etc... think twice, there are much better options on the market.
