★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Predatory atm. Not only is it over a 3 dollar fee to get your money out but they have a 5.5% interest fee. So today it was around 19.3 peso to dollar. They exchanged rate at 17 so when I pulled out 4000 pesos I had basically a 20 dollar usd fee to get my own money. Much better atms around town. Shame on you hsbc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this bank (HSBC) at all cost unless you want to feel miserable and worthless, it doesn't matter if you're a client, their inefficiency, ineptitude and extremely slow service are going to make you feel miserable anyway. It's the same s h i t in any of their both branch offices in PDC. They have 5 desks with only 1 person attending their clients, that's ridiculous, and they take 30 minutes or more with each of them. The simplest transaction will make you lose about 2 hours or more and the worst is nobody cares about it, there isn't manager or someone to complaint. Take your business and time else where for the sake of your mental health unless you want to feel in hell or how things really are in the 4th world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATM is legit. This is a review for the ATM. Open on Sundays, when I went. Better exchange rates to withdraw from your ATM than the stores on 5th.
