Tardan demaciado en hacer transacciones.
La orientación de los ejecutivos es muy escasa, deverian mostrar más interés en la atención al cliente y dar una excelente asesoría.
Es mucho mejor en Santander, BBVA Bancomer, Banorte y hasta Banco Azteca.
