Pero, el ejecutivo pasaba a más gente, que apenas llegaba y decía que ellos ya tenían cita, obviamente les hablaba muy de conocidos. El punto es que fui a decirle por qué iba a atender a una persona que llega después de mi y le expliqué que yo había llegado primero. Y me dijo que entonces que era lo que necesitaba, su respuesta fue muy llana, no me explico nada y solo me dijo que debería esperar quince días, para que estuviera mi dinero disponible.
I was waiting my shift for more than 1 hour. I understand the situation for the Covid. But, the executive passed to more people, who hardly came and said that they already had an appointment, obviously he spoke to them very well from acquaintances. The point is that I went to tell him why I was going to attend to a person who comes after me and explained that I had arrived first. And he told me then that it was what I needed, his response was very flat, he did not explain anything to me and he only told me that I should wait fifteen days, so that my money would be available.
