★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendable para hacer depósitos o retiros en cajas ya que es el área más eficiente del banco, en cuanto a los ejecutivos, voy regresando de ser atendido tras 2 horas de espera y me fue bien, pues las personas que se juntaron después de mi en el área de espera eran muchas. Antes había un recepcionista que filtraba los trámites y dependiendo de la complejidad agilizaba la lista de espera. Se les invita a mejorar el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money was stolen from my account. Supposedly, this should have required both my card and my NIP. It's pretty much impossible that this could have happened unless the criminal is an insider (an employee at this branch).
Also, this bank offers life insurance policies that seem attractive on first sight. Unfortunately, they make it as difficult as humanly possible to ever recover any money from it. You will have to jump through numerous needlessly complicated hoops. Stay away from these products.
