P	Paola Alonso R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a recoger una tarjeta, se supone abren a las 8:30 y llegué a las 9, llevo 50 min. esperando a que me atiendan porque según no tienen sistema, y solo somos dos personas esperando que pésimo servicio, todavía no tengo la tarjeta y ya estoy pensando en cancelarla con esta pésima atención. F	Fortino Oviedo Jurado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HSBC Es muy buen banco, el problema es cuando tienes que ir a que te atienda un ejecutivo, no saben hacer su trabajo, no saben abrir una cuenta distinta ala que estén promocionando, no saben dar tarjetas, no saben a que se deben las fallas, no saben que se puede y que no, no saben hacer los papeleos de forma correcta, no saben hacer nada mas que comunicarte ala central, que puedes hacer desde tu casa, si necesitas algo de un ejecutivo pide que te atienda el gerente, es la única persona en esta sucursal que sabe hacer las cosas, si no prepárate para dar vuelta y vuelta y perder horas y horas con los 2 ejecutivos que hay ahí y que nunca resuelven nada y solo culpan a "fallas del sistema" y eso que nunca hay mas de 5 clientes en esa sucursal HSBC is a very good bank, the problem is when you have to go to an executive, they don't know how to do their job, they don't know how to open an account other than the one they are promoting, they don't know how to issue cards, they don't know what the faults are due to They don't know what can and can't be done, they don't know how to do the paperwork correctly, they don't know how to do anything other than communicate with the central office, what can you do from home, if you need something from an executive, ask the manager to assist you, that is the only person in this branch who knows how to do things, if not be prepared to go back and forth and waste hours and hours with the 2 executives there who never solve anything and only blame "system failures" and that never there are more than 5 clients in that branch
G	Gabriel Muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried getting a "Cuenta de Nomina" account. I showed my Mexican passport; then I was told everything was ready, but was asked to give my phone number. I gave them my Texas cel number, for I arrived a couple of weeks ago, and had no Mexican cellular phone. I was told that I needed a Mexican cell phone or else I would not be able to open an account with them. Horrible service, for I bought a Mexican Cell phone and when I went to another HSBC branch, I was told that I needed another oficial ID besides my Mexican passport. Why was I not told that the first time? If I can, I will never do business with them. If you ask me, the customer service I received was pathetic at best. I would not recommend this bank!!!
