★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco con el servicio más lento del mundo y el servicio es PÉSIMO. Cometen un error y no te escuchan “dándole la vuelta”, fíjense cuando están en una lista porque no respetan a las personas formadas. Es el peor servicio que he tenido en un banco.
 The slowest service bank in the world and the service is AWFUL. They make a mistake and do not listen to you "turning it around", notice when they are on a list because they do not respect educated people. It is the worst service I have ever had in a bank.

They spend years scrubbing the phone for you to accept a product with them, you give them the opportunity and they take too long a bank horror in my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco de todos, está sucursal en específico siempre es lenta y los ejecutivos en lugar de atender siempre te mandan a hablar por teléfono aunque lo puedan hacer ahí. Lo único con lo que ayudan es si quieres tu cuenta CLABE o estados de cuenta. No saben hacer nada y hasta me tocó un ejecutivo que estaba usando su celular a escondidas y riéndose y por aventarle la tarjeta al escritorio para que hiciera caso me amenazó de llamar a la policía. No saben hacer nada, evitan ayudar y la atención es basura. Las otras sucursales tampoco saben hacer nada. HSBC ES DE LOS PEORES BANCOS QUE EXISTEN.
The worst bank of all, this specific branch is always slow and the executives instead of attending always send you to speak on the phone even if they can do it there. The only thing they help with is if you want your CLABE account or account statements. They don't know how to do anything and I was even touched by an executive who was secretly using his cell phone and laughing and for throwing the card at the desk to make him pay attention, he threatened to call the police. They don't know how to do anything, they avoid helping and attention is garbage. The other branches don't know how to do anything either. HSBC IS ONE OF THE WORST BANKS THAT EXIST.

Creo ya lo habían terminado y les quedo padrísimo

Tiene estacionamiento grande y el lugar es limpio e iluminado, aunque le falta ventilación, especialmente en época de calor
