Pésimo servicio, podrían ayudarte con el estado de cuenta sin tener que entrar a la sucursal, y solo te dejan esperando, para que al final a pesar de anotarte ya no te atiendan. Por eso domicilié mi cuenta de nómina a Santander, que dan un servicio 1,000 veces mejor. Les recomiendo hacer lo mismo, domiciliar no tiene ningún costo y pueden domiciliar en el banco qué mejor les atienda, cualquier banco hace el proceso en el momento y siempre dan regalos; que aprendan que su pésima atención tiene una consecuencia real.

Es un banco con problemas de atención al público. Siempre que voy tengo una suerte de que me atiendan con un Jeta (mala gana). Pero soy paciente.

Pésimo pésimo servicio, hasta el gerente es prepotente el sr. Tomas. A mí me cancelaron mi cuenta por ineptitud del ejecutivo a la hora de abrir mi cuenta de nómina en el mes de julio, voy a que me la reactiven y como eran la las 4:40 (cuando me hicieron esperar 50 min. Para atenderme) y ya iban a cerrar me dijeron de buenas a primeras que pasará otro día para hacer el trámite de desbloqueo o abrir otra cuenta... Por su culpa no voy a poder realizar mis pagos ni retiros...

Pésimo servicio, llevamos casi 2 horas esperando a que nos atienda un ejecutivo. Solo 2 ejecutivos y 1 cajero para atender a mucha gente y lo que nos falta...

Personal no capacitado, desorganización extrema, lentitud y tiempos de espera de más de dos horas. El banco es bueno, pero la sucursal es pésima. No cuentan con citas a pesar de que en el call center te dicen que saques una. Si quieren ahorrar tiempo y evitar corajes, no acudan aquí.

Se sabe que la gente tiene prisa por ser atendidos rápidos, sin embargo parece que la gente que administra esta sucursal lo ignora o prefiere ahorrarse dinero para contratar mas personal. El personal hace todo lo que esta en sus manos, con dos ejecutivos y un cajero, eso si muy eficientes ante las dudas o quejas que tengas (al menos con los que fui atendido). Así que, debes tener tiempo porque podrías esperar hasta dos horas en ser atendido o en todo caso llegar muy temprano. De lo contrario es posible que tengas que esperar parado en lo que te toca pasar.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Muy mala atención por parte del gerente. No está capacitado para ese puesto. Al atender al público también atiende asuntos personales. No da solución a problemas de los clientes y atiende de mala gana. Tardo más de 2 horas en atenderme y finalmente no me dió solución. Es por esta razón que cambiaré mi nómina de banco.

The person at the door prefers to keep sat down inside and that makes a disorder at the entrance where people don't know if the queue is for the ATM, the window or any other tramit.
