Yo no sé cómo las empresas los tienen dando el servicio :( y vacíos los escritorios
Terrible lousy service, one of the worst banks, they don't serve you even though you find yourself lined up for 56 minutes because "it's not the payroll time" and you make the appointment so that half an hour later, they still don't help you. I don't know how companies have them providing the service :( and the desks are empty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es extremadamente lento, la atención al cliente en espera es nula. Personas esperandola desde la apertura del banco desde las 8:30 am y aun en fila a las pasadas las 12:00 pm. Deberían por lo menos invitarte a pasar a sala de espera para una espera un poco más cómoda. Además poner un aviso por escrito que describa el tiempo de espera aproximado. Pésimo servicio. ????
The service is extremely slow, the waiting customer service is zero. People waiting for her from the opening of the bank at 8:30 am and still in line after 12:00 pm. They should at least invite you to go to the waiting room for a more comfortable wait. Also put a written notice that describes the approximate waiting time. Terrible service. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time in this back was here before they open 45 min and once they open they still give preference to people that left their processes half my not because of the time but rather their own negligence. You can not set up an appointment rather you have come earlier and hope no one was left from yesterday given that will be priority even thought they are just coming through.
