They take a long time, in the end they didn't even attend to me and nobody answers the phones. I've been like this all day. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el lugar porque suele tener poca gente. Posiblemente por la ubicación en la que se encuentra. Pero eso lo hace muy accesible cuando se necesita algún servicio que no sea el cajero.
I like the place because it tends to have few people. Possibly because of the location in which it is located. But that makes it very accessible when a service other than the ATM is needed.

The service of the executives is too slow, it took almost 1 hour for them to attend me and there were only two people in front of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mí fuera le doy cero estrellas pésimo servicio. más de 2 horas esperando y no atienden los ejecutivos se cuelgan platicando en el tiempo que estuve se fueron personas que estaban antes de mí por la lentitud solo una ejecutiva haciendo trámites y la otra máquina según no sirve para hacer trámites así que solo una atiende.
For me, I give it zero stars, lousy service. Waiting for more than 2 hours and the executives do not answer, they hang up talking during the time I was there, people who were before me left because of the slowness, only one executive doing paperwork and the other machine, according to what is not used to do paperwork, so only one answers.
