★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí con mi INE para actualizar mis datos y reestablecer mi nip, pero no se logró debido a que no existe mi expediente a pesar de tener 3 años con su tarjeta. Su solución era sacar otra tarjeta con ellos mismos y cancelar la existente para así generar el expediente. Llamé a su servicio de atención a clientes y dicen que tampoco pueden hacer nada que sólo en sucursal donde tampoco ayudaron. Mi solución: cambiarme de banco. Nada garantiza que no se vuelva a cometer el mismo error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio solo una cajera siempre y tarda de 20 min hasta 35m por cliente acudir a esta sucursal es perder mucho tiempo para tramites sencillo y que en otras sucursales no te demoran gente la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear y la cajera se tapa su gafete con una estampa de unicornio no sabes ni a quien quieres reportar no sirve para ese puesto de trabajo.
