★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi opinión no es de la sucursal sino del sistema de atención por teléfono. Se a convertido en un caos, casi una hora para que te atiendan, y después me dicen que me tienen que mandar a otra operadora t cada quien sabe un solo dato. La tecnología es para facilitar la vida, no para lo contrario.
My opinion is not of the branch but of the telephone service system. It has become chaos, almost an hour to attend to you, and then they tell me that they have to send me to another operator and everyone knows a single piece of information. Technology is to make life easier, not the other way around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas de una hora, un solo Ejecutivo para 5 personas en espera, mas 3 que ya se fueron... que desagradable solo para una reposicion de tarjeta... para mi mala suerte no respetan los turnos que se anotan en la librera, ya que supuestamente ya estaban anotados pero no tenian sistema... cuando me anoto no estaban dichas personas....
Areas de oportunidad, mas personal ( pinches huevones si es que no se presentan a trabajar
Y contraten gente responsable ) respetar turnos, aun asi que se hayan retirado.

More than an hour, a single Executive for 5 people waiting, plus 3 who have already left ... how unpleasant just for a card replacement ... unfortunately they do not respect the shifts that are noted in the bookstore, already that supposedly were already signed up but they had no system ... when I signed up there were no such people ...
Areas of opportunity, more personal (fucking assholes if they don't show up for work
And hire responsible people) take shifts, even if they have retired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que coños te hacen anotarte en una lista quesque para pasar con un ejecutivo, si los weyes solo asoman la cabeza y gritan "quien sigue", como si fuera clínica del IMSS... son muy lentos e ineficientes. Pésimo servicio!!
What the hell do they make you write down on a list to go through with an executive, if the weyes just poke their heads out and shout "who's next", as if it were an IMSS clinic ... they are very slow and inefficient. Terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta que no habrán los bancos los fines de semana uno tiene que andar corriendo entre semana, y la mayoría trabajamos más que ahorita por la pandemia la atención es muy lenta y tardada filas de mas de 2 horas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cierran 4:30 cuando las sucursales cerraban a las 5 modifican sin previo aviso. Deberían editar esto en Google maps, ya que mucha gente confiamos en la información que aquí se ofrece. Muy mal por HSBC
They close 4:30 when the branches closed at 5 change without notice. They should edit this on Google maps, as a lot of people trust the information provided here. Too bad for HSBC

Eso permite que se hagan patos, sólo están hablando por teléfono y en la sala de espera más de 6 personas... tardan D E M A S I A D O en atender, poca amabilidad y la sucursal sucia...el de intendencia platicando con el valet :s esto en Febrero 2018
I don't know why they have their cubicles covered ... That allows ducks to be made, they are only talking on the phone and in the waiting room more than 6 people ... they take TOO long to attend, unkindness and the dirty branch ... manager talking to the valet: s this in February 2018

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal solo se la pasan encerrado en sus cúbicos, platicando entre ellos, tardan demasiado en atender a las personas y además lo hacen de mala forma.
The staff just spend their time locked in their cubicles, talking among themselves, they take too long to attend to people and they also do it in a bad way.
